Job Summary

We are looking for a Couple Coordinator to support patients and couples through routine consultation and appointment coordination. The role involves patient communication, follow-up, documentation, and coordination with the hospital team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate appointments and routine patient visits.
- Communicate with couples regarding appointment schedules and centre procedures.
- Understand general patient queries and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-office staff for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain enquiry, appointment, and follow-up records.
- Make follow-up calls and provide approved information to patients.
- Assist patients with routine coordination before and after consultations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Support patient awareness and outreach activities when required.




- Escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Maintain daily activity records and provide updates to the concerned team.

Eligibility

- Any degree or relevant healthcare qualification.
- Previous hospital / healthcare experience required.
- Experience in patient coordination, counselling, front office, or healthcare communication is an advantage.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills; additional local-language skills are an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Comfortable communicating with couples and families in a professional manner.
- Immediate joiners required.
