Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, managing dispatch documentation, and ensuring timely customer follow-ups and deliveries.

Candidates with experience in chemical, speciality resin, or industrial manufacturing sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Prepare and share price quotations and maintain quotation records.
- Follow up on quotations and pending inquiries to support order closure.
- Process customer purchase orders and prepare sales orders in the system.
- Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, COAs, and packing lists.
- Support export documentation, including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHA), whenever required.




- Keep customers informed about order status, dispatch details, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, credit checks, payment follow-ups, and outstanding collections.
- Coordinate with technical and quality control teams for samples, product trials, and customer queries.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through internal coordination.
- Maintain customer records, quotation registers, order details, and dispatch information using ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders, dispatches, and sales updates.
- Support sales executives with customer visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain updated customer master data, price lists, and product information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in chemical, speciality resin, or industrial sales will be preferred.
- Knowledge of order processing, quotation preparation, and sales documentation.
- Basic knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and export documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar B2B platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
