About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms end-to-end, from planning and content coordination to publishing, performance tracking, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms end-to-end including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video teams and other internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other social media content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients for content approvals, feedback, requirements and regular updates.
- Have a basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, monitoring and basic performance metrics.




- Have basic Canva knowledge for creating/editing simple social media creatives when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, trending formats and content opportunities.
- Support social media campaigns, brand activations and special-day communication.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
- Strong content planning and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Basic Canva skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, creative and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred

- Experience working in a digital/social media agency.
- Experience handling clients or brands.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Instagram Insights and social media scheduling platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
