Job Summary

ST. Stone Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Manager specializing in Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Catheters and Consumables. The candidate will be responsible for product portfolio management, market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, and providing technical sales support to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of peritoneal dialysis products, their clinical applications, market requirements, and customer needs. Experience working with medical device manufacturers, dialysis product companies, or renal care businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the product portfolio related to Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Catheters and associated consumables.
- Develop product strategies, positioning, pricing recommendations, and product-wise growth plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide technical product support to the sales team, distributors, hospitals, nephrologists, and dialysis centres.
- Develop product presentations, catalogues, technical documents, and product comparison materials.
- Train sales teams on product features, specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvements and new product development.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D; teams.
- Support product launches,



promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential customers, distribution channels, and opportunities to expand the company's presence in the peritoneal dialysis segment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Product Management will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, or Technical Sales Support within the medical devices or dialysis industry.
- Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis Catheters and related consumables is highly preferred.
- Understanding of dialysis products, clinical applications, product specifications, and customer requirements.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, sales training, and product presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates working with medical device manufacturers or companies specializing in renal care and dialysis products will be preferred.
- Experience with PD catheter systems, peritoneal dialysis accessories, and related consumables will be a strong advantage.
- Candidates with a combination of technical product knowledge and commercial sales support experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Competitive and negotiable based on experience and suitability.
