As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day operations, including order management, product coordination, social media support, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management
- Process and manage customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and tracking.
- Handle order-related queries and escalations efficiently.
- Product Management
- Assist in product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and categorization on the website.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
- Conduct basic quality checks for products before dispatch when required.
- Customer Communication
- Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and social media messages.
- Provide timely updates on order status, exchanges, and returns.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication.
- Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and scheduling product posts on social media platforms.
- Engage with customers via comments and messages to maintain brand presence.
- Support influencer collaborations, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Operational Support
- Maintain records of sales, returns, and exchanges for reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Participate in training sessions to understand new tools, workflows, and campaigns.

Requirements

- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
