Job Description: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – Community Health Nursing

Job Summary:
Harsha Institutions invites applications from qualified nursing professionals for Assistant Professor / Associate Professor positions in Community Health Nursing to support teaching, community fieldwork, clinical training, research, and student mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct theory classes, practical sessions, and community health training.
- Supervise students during community postings, home visits, health surveys, and health camps.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Guide student projects and promote public health awareness programmes.




- Maintain academic records and participate in departmental activities and inspections.

Eligibility:

- M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in Community Health Nursing.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant teaching and clinical experience as per applicable regulatory norms.
- Ph.D. and research publications preferred.

Required Skills: Strong teaching, communication, community health, clinical supervision, and student mentoring skills.

Salary Range:

- Assistant Professor: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month.
- Associate Professor: ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelamangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (Required)
