Job Profile:
- Preparing Purchase orders
- Making Purchase plan – monthly/quarterly/annually
- Engaging with vendors – Continuous vendor relationship
- Identify current vendors
- Back up of purchase plans
- Stock allocation as per strategic requirement
- Ensuring on time material availability
- Maintaining stock at the prescribed level.
- Man Management and supervising the team performance especially for TAT deliverables.
- Maintaining stock at the prescribed level and having periodic stock and SOP audits at factory end.
