Job Overview

International Institute of Fashion and Technology (IIFT), Bhopal, is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, human resource activities and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities and an interest in managing overall HR functions.

Candidates with relevant HR experience and freshers with a background in HR and good practical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with applicants and support the selection process.
- Handle joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data and HR-related files.
- Support employee engagement, communication and grievance handling.




- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining workplace discipline.
- Coordinate daily office operations, administrative tasks and internal activities.
- Support management with HR reports, staff coordination and other operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA, MBA (HR) or a related qualification preferred.
- Freshers with good HR knowledge may apply; prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, interviewing and employee documentation.
- Valuable organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
