Job Title: Layout Designer – Real Estate

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Layout Designer to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing property layouts, residential plot layouts, site plans, and land development drawings. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, drafting standards, measurements, and real estate layout planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare residential plot layouts, site plans, and land development drawings.

- Design and modify layouts for residential plots, villas, and gated community projects.

- Prepare road layouts, plot divisions, dimensions, and area calculations.

- Create 2D drawings and update plans based on project requirements.

- Work with surveyors, architects, engineers, and project managers.

- Check plot measurements, road widths, boundaries, and land dimensions.

- Prepare drawings for project presentations and client approvals.

- Revise layouts based on management feedback and technical requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and updated drawing files.

- Ensure drawings follow applicable local planning regulations and approval requirements.





- Assist the project team in preparing layout plans for customer presentations and marketing materials.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D drafting.

- Knowledge of real estate layouts, plot divisions, and site planning.

- Understanding of measurements, dimensions, scale, and area calculations.

- Ability to read and interpret survey drawings and site plans.

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office and basic design software is an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in layout design or real estate drafting preferred.

- Experience in residential plot layouts and land development projects is an advantage.
