AutoCAD Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Designing

- Prepare precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop machine parts, fixtures, and production drawings as per requirements.
- Modify and update existing designs based on feedback.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and accurate.

CNC Division Management

- Lead and supervise the CNC division.
- Allocate daily work to CNC operators and monitor progress.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and manpower.
- Maintain quality standards for all CNC operations.
- Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
- Oversee maintenance and safety compliance of CNC machines.

Skills Required:





- Robust expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- In-depth knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production planning and work allocation.
- Problem-solving, quality focus, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in CNC operations and CAD designing.
