Location: Basavangudi, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and profile)
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve calling targets and support business development activities.
Requirements
- Candidates with good communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, Kannada, Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Valuable convincing, interpersonal, and telephone-handling skills.
- Candidates with prior telecalling experience are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
