Conversion UX Strategist

Job Description
We are looking for a Conversion UX Strategist who can research client businesses, understand customer intent and campaign objectives, and independently develop strategic landing-page plans focused on generating enquiries, leads, and conversions.

This role focuses on research, conversion strategy, user journeys, content structure, and preparing qualified planning documents for client approval before design and development begin.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research client businesses, products or services, competitors, target audiences, and customer buying intent
- Understand Google Ads campaigns, traffic sources, business objectives, and desired conversion actions before planning landing pages
- Develop complete landing-page strategies, including user journeys, section order, information hierarchy, and conversion flow
- Decide which content, offers, proof points, testimonials, FAQs, trust elements, and calls to action are needed to encourage conversions
- Prepare comprehensive landing-page strategy and planning documents covering page structure, content direction, conversion elements, and implementation recommendations
- Present and explain planning documents to clients, gather feedback, and make revisions until the strategy receives approval
- Identify potential conversion barriers, user-experience issues, and gaps in messaging, then recommend practical improvements
- Coordinate with designers and developers after client approval to ensure the approved strategy is implemented correctly
- Review completed landing pages to evaluate user journeys, content clarity, conversion elements, and alignment with campaign objectives
- Ensure landing pages communicate value clearly, address customer concerns, build trust,



and guide visitors toward the intended action

Experience
Relevant experience in conversion optimization, landing-page strategy, UX planning, digital marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), content strategy, or performance marketing preferred.

- This is primarily a strategy, research, and planning role, not a website design or development position
