2. Seamless Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, directors, and creative

teams to ensure the project aligns with the creative vision.

3. Client Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Engage with clients and project

managers to align final edits with brand standards and client expectations.

4. Collaborative Quality Control: Partner with project managers to ensure all edits meet

specifications and adhere to brand guidelines.

5. Event-Focused Visual Creation: Edit and produce high-quality content for pre-event,

on-site, and post-event use, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand identity.

6. Ongoing Professional Growth: Stay updated on video editing trends and incorporate

innovative techniques into projects.

Creative Deliverables

● Event Recaps: Creating dynamic highlight reels that capture the energy and key

moments of events.

● Opening Montages: Producing compelling opening sequences that set the tone and

engage viewers from the start.

● Social Media Snippets: Editing short, impactful videos optimized for social media

platforms to maximize engagement.

● Enhanced Static Footage: Elevating static shots with color grading, transitions, and

effects for polished visuals.

● Seamless Audio-Video Integration: Precisely syncing video clips with audio tracks

for fluid and cohesive storytelling.

Requirements

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for creating videos and

animations.

● Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to support asset creation.





● Strong video editing skills to seamlessly integrate motion graphics, visuals, and

audio.

● Experience in storyboarding to visualize video projects and plan editing sequences

effectively.

● A robust demo reel showcasing a variety of editing styles and a robust sense of

storytelling.

● Robust organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.
