Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OT Staff Nurse to join our Borneo Mother and Childcare Raipur team. The OT Staff Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to mothers and children undergoing surgical procedures in our operating theatre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and readily available.

· Collaborate with the surgical team to provide safe and effective patient care during surgical procedures.

· Monitor patients' vital signs and assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.

· Administer medications and intravenous fluids as directed by the attending surgeon and anesthesiologist.

· Provide pre-operative and post-operative education and support to patients and their families,



addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

· Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction in the operating theatre.

Qualifications:

· Registered Nurse license

· Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

· Minimum of 1+ of experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in a mother and child care setting

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
