Pings Café Orient is looking for a hardworking and motivated Commi II to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist senior chefs in daily food preparation, maintain mise en place, support cooking and plating activities, follow recipes and portion standards, properly handle and store ingredients, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen area. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of kitchen operations, a willingness to learn Asian, Chinese, Thai, and Seafood cuisine, valuable teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
