West Coast Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Sales & Business Development Team.

Established in 1974, West Coast Engineering specialises in engineered Rooftop Safety, Access & Industrial Engineering Solutions, including:

* Aluminium Walkway Systems

* Handrails & Guardrails

* Horizontal Lifeline Systems

* Access Ladders & Roof Hatches

* Skylight Protection Systems

* Industrial Gratings

* Customised Engineering Solutions

POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full time

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B / Industrial / Project Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate new business opportunities and develop prospective customers

* Handle B2B, industrial and project-based sales enquiries

* Identify and approach EPC contractors, consultants, architects, roofing companies and industrial clients

* Understand customer technical requirements, drawings, specifications and BOQs

* Coordinate with design and estimation teams for techno-commercial proposals

* Prepare quotations and proactively follow up until order closure

* Conduct client meetings, presentations and technical product discussions

* Negotiate commercial terms and work towards successful order conversion

* Develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers

* Build, maintain and manage an active sales pipeline

* Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets

* Identify upcoming projects, industries and new market opportunities





* Coordinate internally from enquiry generation through order finalisation

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate should:

✓ Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience

✓ Possess good technical and engineering understanding

✓ Be confident in client meetings, presentations and negotiations

✓ Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

✓ Be capable of independently generating leads and developing new accounts

✓ Be comfortable understanding technical drawings, specifications and BOQs

✓ Have a strong target-driven and business-development mindset

✓ Be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development

Preferred Industry Experience:

Construction Products | Roofing Systems | Safety Systems | Engineering Products | Aluminium & Steel Products | Industrial Products | EPC / Infrastructure / Project Sales
