Job Title: Civil Site Inspector (Property Valuation)

Maatrum Technologies is a product-based company specializing in Title Verification and Legal Verification for real estate properties across India. We are a sister concern of the reputed Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Group.

Location: Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in office property verification visits
- Measure land/buildings and capture structural details
- Take geo-tagged photographs and customer site selfies
- Record geo-locations of nearby properties
- Capture EB board and bill details
- Document four-side boundary information
- Collect market rate insights (per sq.ft)
- Update all findings in the Site Inspector application

Candidate Requirements:

- Ability to read & Speak Telugu
- Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts
- Understanding of land and property fundamentals
- Prior experience in real estate/property valuation is an added advantage
