Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as an Ebranch Relationship Manager. The role involves managing relationships with affluent customers, understanding their banking needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to promote suitable banking products and solutions.

Freshers with an MBA or graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent and high-net-worth customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized banking solutions.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote banking products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist customers with Mobile Banking, Net Banking, Bill Payments, SIPs, Insurance, Investments, Retail Loans, and SME Loans.
- Coordinate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth banking experience.
- Follow bank policies, regulatory guidelines,



and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to customer retention, relationship growth, and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBA or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Robust interpersonal, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Interest in banking products, relationship management, and cross-selling.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
