Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including component-level diagnostics and replacements.
- Assemble and upgrade computer systems based on organizational requirements.
- Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN), routers, switches, and cabling infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure proper system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, procurement, and AMC support.
- Maintain inventory records for IT hardware assets and track usage.
- Provide support for CCTV, biometric systems, intercom, and audio-visual equipment (if applicable).
- Assist with installation and configuration of operating systems and software when required.




- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware maintenance and support roles.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware components, networking basics, and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with operating systems and system imaging.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
