Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and scheduling for high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, resource management, scheduling, progress monitoring, and risk management. The candidate must be capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans for construction projects.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, project forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, quality standards,



and construction best practices.
- Provide planning support and scheduling guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously improve planning processes and implement best practices using project management tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling for high-rise residential construction projects (G+10 floors and above).
- Solid knowledge of construction planning, project scheduling, project controls, and resource management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Mandatory) and other project planning tools.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
