Position: Pre Delivery executive

Popular Bajaj is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Executive to ensure that every two-wheeler is thoroughly inspected, properly prepared, and ready for delivery to customers. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle quality checks, documentation, coordination with the service and sales teams, and ensuring a smooth vehicle handover experience.

Responsibilities:

- Perform pre-delivery inspections of recent Bajaj two-wheelers according to company standards.
- Check the vehicle's overall condition, including body panels, paint, tyres, brakes, lights, horn, battery, mirrors, and electrical components.
- Verify engine performance, fluid levels, tyre pressure, and other essential vehicle parameters as per the prescribed checklist.
- Identify and report any defects, damages, missing accessories,



or technical issues before delivery.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure that identified issues are rectified promptly.
- Ensure proper vehicle cleaning, polishing, and presentation before customer delivery.
- Verify vehicle documents, chassis number, engine number, accessories, and delivery-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
- Maintain accurate PDI checklists, inspection records, and vehicle status reports.
- Ensure vehicles are parked and handled safely in the stockyard or showroom.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Support the delivery team in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
