We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor with hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing, specifically in PET preforms, caps & closures, or plastic packing containers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities on injection moulding machines.
- Monitor machine settings, cycle time and production targets.
- Handle mould setting, machine changeovers and process troubleshooting.
- Manage operators and production manpower.
- Ensure product quality and reduce rejection, scrap and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Tool Room teams.
- Maintain production, rejection and downtime reports.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in plastic injection moulding.
- Mandatory: Experience in PET preforms, caps & closures, or plastic packing containers.




- Positive knowledge of injection moulding machines, mould setting and process parameters.
- Experience in manpower handling, production planning and rejection control.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
