Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern UI experiences.
- Design and Build Flows: Create and maintain record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows.
- Perform data migration and data management using tools like Data Loader.
- Write unit tests and ensure high code coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for secure and efficient coding.




- Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL & SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce configuration: Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Proficient in using JIRA to manage user stories, tasks, bugs
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agent Platform (Agent force).
