About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can meet clients face to face, bring in new business, and lead the team's daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person, understand their goals, and present our services and proposals.
- Generate and convert recent clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Explain digital marketing strategies clearly to clients.
- Assign daily tasks to the team and track their completion.
- Build and maintain a daily pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and deliverables.
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with clients.
- Keep clients updated and handle their feedback and queries.
Required Knowledge
SEO, SEM, PPC, SMO, content marketing, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, lead funnel, and retargeting.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing or agency handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
