- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Manage recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals, and campus hiring to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads, collect feedback, and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Execute onboarding activities including documentation, ID creation, induction coordination, and background verification.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory guidelines while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
