Job Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical BIM Modeller with 4–6 years of experience in 3D modelling and BIM coordination. The candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with basic knowledge of Dynamo. Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Centres, Manufacturing, or Industrial Projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM models in Revit up to LOD 500.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Use basic Dynamo scripts for repetitive tasks and workflow automation.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans, project standards, and applicable ISO 19650 guidelines.




- Support coordination meetings and timely project deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modelling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; basic knowledge of Dynamo.
- Understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical equipment layouts.
- Experience in clash detection, drawing interpretation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift.

Preferred Industry Experience

Oil & Gas, Data Centres, Manufacturing, or Industrial Projects.
