Role
The Kitchen Helper supports the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role involves basic food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for daily service.

Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Assist cooks by washing, peeling, chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients for daily service.
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing countertops, cutting boards, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors, empty trash receptacles, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Inventory & Storage: Receive, unload, and properly store daily ingredient deliveries. Organize the pantry, walk-in coolers, and freezers according to first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles.
- Service Support: Retrieve ingredients for the cooking staff, assist with basic plating, and perform other operational tasks as directed by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
