Jiyyo Mitra E-Clinic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller – Pharma Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pharmaceutical sales, developing strong relationships with Health Partners, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of pharmaceutical products through effective telecalling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Health Partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate product information.
- Conduct product presentations and support training sessions when required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development, preferably in Pharma or Healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Hindi communication is required.
