Role Description
This is a full time on site role for a Factory Manager located in Palghar East, Maharashtra. The role involves leading incoming, in process, and final inspections of rubber products to ensure consistent quality standards for export markets. The candidate will be responsible for managing dimensional, mechanical, and material testing processes while implementing and monitoring QC standards across production batches.
Maintaining batch traceability and proper documentation for export clients is essential. The role also requires close collaboration with the production team to reduce rejections and variability, handling customer quality requirements and inspection reports, and driving continuous process improvements to ensure consistency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations
- Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
- Quality Control and Operations Management expertise
- Solid leadership and communication abilities
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
