Guide prospective students and parents through course selection and the admission process, and convert enquiries into admissions. Experienced counsellors only, with a proven record of meeting admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries from students and parents.
- Counsel candidates on courses, fees, career prospects and the admission process.
- Follow up regularly on leads through calls, WhatsApp and email to convert them into admissions.
- Achieve a minimum target of 10 admissions per month.
- Complete admission formalities, documentation and fee collection records.
- Maintain a daily record of enquiries, follow-ups and conversions, and share reports with management.
- Support seminars, events and promotional activities to generate leads.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor,



Education Counsellor or in a similar role (freshers please do not apply).
- Proven track record of meeting admission or sales targets.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant, professional personality with a student-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).

Salary:
- Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 13,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Minimum target: 10 admissions per month.

Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Work from home allowed once you consistently meet targets.
