HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Manage housekeeping staff, duty rosters, and task allocation.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor room readiness and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Robust team management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
