Greetings from CFC Hospitals,
Answer calls, Explain the procedure of treatment and services offered by the hospital
Make calls to potential patients to understand their needs and requirements
Response to queries and issues related to the treatment and services
Maintain database of the patients on a regular basis for follow-up and treatment
Obtain Customer feedback, Strengthen the relationship with new and existing Patients
Multitasking, Good Inter Personal Relations & Public relations.
Collaborate & Coordinate with all user departments in completing the task.
Languages : Bengali, Hindi and English
Work Location: Nelson Manickam Road - Aminjikarai
