Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our manpower supply and housekeeping services business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business growth.

- Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing, engineering, textile, corporate, and commercial sectors.

- Generate new business leads and convert them into clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, Admin Managers, purchase teams, and company management.

- Promote manpower supply, housekeeping, and recruitment services.

- Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and follow-up activities.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, service agreements, and business reports.

- Coordinate with the operations and recruitment teams to fulfil client requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.





- Maintain client databases and provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

- Experience in manpower supply, facility management, housekeeping services, or industrial recruitment is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Strong knowledge of lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new clients acquired.

- Number of client meetings conducted.

- Monthly sales and revenue generated.

- Conversion rate of leads into business.

- Client retention and satisfaction.

- Achievement of monthly business development targets.

Salary & Benefits
