We sell through our website and marketplaces and are now scaling paid acquisition on Meta.

Role Overview

As our Meta Ads Expert, you'll own paid performance on Facebook and Instagram end to end: strategy, campaign setup, creative testing, optimization, and reporting. You'll work closely with the content team to turn creatives into profitable campaigns and build a repeatable system for scaling spend while keeping acquisition costs healthy.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) across prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels.
- Own campaign structure, audience strategy, budgets, bidding, and scaling decisions to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
- Run structured creative testing (hooks, formats, copy, offers) and work with the content team on briefs for Reels, static, and carousel ads.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, catalogs, and event tracking to ensure accurate attribution.
- Build custom and lookalike audiences from website visitors, engagers, and customer lists.
- Keep all ads compliant with Meta's advertising policies for health and wellness products, including claim-safe copy and creatives.
- Track performance daily and prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and next steps.




- Collaborate with the marketing team on landing pages, offers, and conversion improvements to lift on-site performance.
- Stay current with Meta platform updates, ad formats, and D2C best practices.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads, preferably for D2C, e-commerce, health, wellness, or FMCG brands.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling monthly ad budgets profitably, with examples of results you can share.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Solid understanding of funnel structure, creative testing frameworks, attribution, and key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Working knowledge of Meta's policies for health and supplement advertising, and experience avoiding ad rejections and account restrictions.
- Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Google Sheets, or similar) and clear reporting.
- Ability to brief creatives and give actionable feedback to content creators.
- Experience with Google Ads or marketplace ads (Amazon) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Ayurveda or wellness products is a plus but not mandatory.
