Job Description

Somaya Sampat is looking for an experienced Project Manager for an in office position in Vizag. The role involves managing the construction stage of architectural and interior projects and coordinating closely with design teams, consultants, contractors, PMC and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and monitor project schedules, key milestones and site progress.
- Ensure architectural and interior works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, PMC and the design team.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Identify and resolve site-related coordination and execution issues.
- Monitor quality, timelines and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist with procurement and tender-related coordination where required.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports and site records.




- Ensure adherence to specifications, construction standards and site protocols.
- Manage risks and facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in site and project management.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PMP / PGDM / DBM or equivalent project management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong construction-stage experience in architectural and interior projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of project management, tendering, specifications and site execution.
- Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Candidate must be willing to work full-time on-site in Vizag.
