Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP BPC, a positive understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through SAP BPC configuration, planning models, consolidation processes, and real-time business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP BPC concepts, functionalities, and architecture.
- Explain financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Train learners on SAP BPC administration, dimensions, models, and applications.
- Provide training on input forms, reports, work status, and data entry processes.
- Explain business rules, script logic, calculations, and data management packages.
- Cover financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and ownership calculations, where applicable.
- Train learners on data loading, data validation, and data integration.
- Explain SAP BPC reporting and analysis using relevant Microsoft Excel integration tools.
- Provide training on SAP BPC configuration, security, and access management.
- Explain integration with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and SAP HANA, where applicable.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide learners through hands-on exercises, case studies,



and project-based scenarios.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation).
- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC models, dimensions, applications, and administration.
- Experience with business rules, script logic, data manager packages, and data loading.
- Understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and currency translation.
- Familiarity with SAP BPC Standard and/or Embedded models.
- Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP HANA, or relevant reporting technologies.
- Understanding of SAP BPC integration with financial systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain functional and technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP BPC Consultant, SAP Finance Consultant, or SAP BPC Trainer.
- Experience in SAP BPC implementation, configuration, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC 10.0 / 10.1 and/or SAP BPC for SAP S/4HANA, based on project requirements.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and group reporting processes.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning is an added advantage.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
