Arc Space Concept Studio is a premier architectural design, civil design, interior design, consultancy, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm based in Manjeri. With a 28-year legacy, we are currently undergoing an exciting strategic relaunch, expanding our portfolio into high-end residences, commercial spaces, and large-scale master planning/eco-village projects. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to join our design studio.

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate junior architect who wants to grow beyond basic drafting and learn the art of practical, end-to-end design delivery. In this role, you will work directly with our senior design and engineering teams to develop floor plans, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and client presentation decks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Development & Drafting (40%)

- Translate conceptual sketches and client briefs into accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation in coordination with our engineering team.

2. 3D Modeling & Visualization (30%)

- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic architectural walkthroughs/renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar rendering tools.
- Assist in putting together mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for clients.





3. Project Coordination & Studio Support (30%)

- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure design drawings translate accurately to on-ground execution.
- Assist senior architects with site measurements, vendor research, and project documentation.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Education: B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios and high enthusiasm are welcome to apply).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering engines (Lumion/Enscape).
- Mindset: High commitment, eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
