Your Task

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be a key member of the Cloud Services project organization, driving strategic IT architecture development and customer success within the Cloud Vertical Germany. This position requires a willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

- Define IT architecture for customers, including IT development plans and lifecycle management, aligned with portfolio strategy.
- Analyze existing IT landscapes and identify areas for consolidation and harmonization of systems and processes.
- Advise at the C-level, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT strategy.
- Implement technical architecture standards, IT governance, and security requirements in customer projects.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to enhance and evolve the customer portfolio.
- Lead solution design discussions, both with customers and internal delivery teams.
- Deeply understand the customer's business objectives and desired experience outcomes.
- Drive service adoption and promote the expansion of cloud-based offerings within customer accounts.
- Work alongside the Service Delivery Manager and Sales as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
- Support both the expansion of existing relationships and the onboarding of current business.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms, strong project management skills,



and excellent communication abilities to serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.

Must Have Skills

- Deep understanding of IT solutions and market trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of leading technology vendors and service providers
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Certifications or proven project success in cloud platforms
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex IT projects
- Experience with agile environments (e.g., Design Thinking, SAFe)
- Knowledge of modern project management methodologies and tools
- Strong grasp of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate and build trust with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Demonstrated initiative
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- High level of creativity
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge development
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
