ABS Group HR Solutions, a leading manpower consultancy, is hiring an Operations Manager – Security Services to ensure security services are delivered to customers’ satisfaction and as per contract terms across client locations in Ernakulam.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure security services are delivered as per contract and service standards.
- Build qualified relationships with clients and respond promptly to their requests and concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Supervise security supervisors and guards, and manage deployment and duty rosters.
- Handle escalations and emergencies.
- Submit daily and monthly operational reports.

Eligibility

- Ex-Servicemen / Retired Kerala Police Personnel only.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma.
- Valid Four-Wheeler and Two-Wheeler Driving Licences are Mandatory.
- Good computer literacy (MS Word,



MS Excel, email, and reporting tools).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel across Ernakulam and nearby locations.
