We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in the interior fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, reading and analysing BOQs, preparing cost estimates, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase process

- Process every indent: 3 quotations → comparison → approval → PO → delivery → GRN → bill to Accounts
- Ensure material reaches site by the planned date in the project plan
- Negotiate rates, credit terms and delivery; set rate contracts for repeat items

Inventory

- Maintain stock records for common items with re-order levels
- Reconcile site material receipts and consumption with the project team

Vendor development

- Monthly vendor scorecard: on-time delivery %, quality rejections, credit days, rates
- Develop vendors in current project cities before mobilisation

Candidate criteria — must have

- Knows interior / fit-out materials and current Mumbai market rates
- Strong negotiation; written comparisons for every purchase
- Excel and GST basics (input credit, e-way bills)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
