Amrita Vidyalayam, Manivakkam is seeking passionate, caring, and dedicated KG Teachers, KG Coordinators, and Montessori-Trained Teachers to join our academic team. We are looking for enthusiastic educators who can create a warm, engaging, and child-friendly learning setting and support the overall development of young learners.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree with Montessori / Early Childhood Education / relevant teacher training qualification preferred.
- Montessori-trained teachers are preferred.
- Prior experience in KG / Montessori / Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
- Ability to conduct activity-based, play-based, and experiential learning.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to engaging young children through stories, rhymes, art, music, games, and hands-on activities.
- Ability to effectively use technology and digital resources in classroom teaching.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.




- Caring, patient, and nurturing approach towards young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and school management.

Additional Responsibilities – KG Coordinator

- Coordinate and supervise the overall functioning of the KG section.
- Support and guide KG teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities.
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, and overall development.
- Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and activities.
- Assist in planning KG events, celebrations, activities, and other programmes.
- Maintain effective coordination between the KG section and school administration.
