- Lead overall Quality Management System and IATF 16949 implementation.
- Ensure robust product and process quality for rubber components.
- Manage customer complaints, 8D, corrective actions, audits, and escalations.
- Handle customer communication professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP, etc.
- Lead internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
- Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection, scrap, and customer complaints.
- Manage and develop the Quality team.
- Monitor quality KPIs including customer PPM, rejection, complaints, and audit performance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
