Kutty Curiosity is a children's play area dedicated to creating joyful, engaging and enriching experiences for children and their families. We are looking for a warm, energetic, organized and proactive Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our play area.

The ideal candidate should love working with children, be comfortable leading a team, have strong organisational skills and take initiative to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the play area and ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Lead, supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring responsibilities are completed efficiently.

- Plan, organise and execute birthday parties, children's events and workshops.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for events, materials and operational requirements.

- Monitor inventory, including art, craft and science kits, play equipment and consumables.

- Interact with parents, respond to enquiries and feedback, and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, safety and the overall upkeep of the play area.





- Support bookings, memberships, registrations and daily administrative tasks.

- Take initiative, solve operational challenges independently and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance.

Centre Working Hours

- Weekdays: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- Weekends: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM

- Weekly off: Tuesday

The role requires working 9 hours a day . Availability on weekends, as these are important operating days for our play area.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a customer-facing workplace.

- Experience working with young children is essential.

- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

- A warm, friendly, approachable and proactive personality.

- Ability to multitask, manage a team and handle responsibilities independently.

- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp and Canva.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
