Job Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee who is willing to learn and work with different teams. The role includes pre sales, CRM updates, client coordination, property onboarding, and fieldwork. The trainee may also visit properties, collect information, and take photos for property listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to clients and understand their property requirements.
- Update client details and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Help onboard current properties by collecting details from owners.
- Visit properties in assigned areas of Bengaluru when required.




- Take property photos and collect basic information such as location, price, and area.
- Share collected property details with the concerned team.
- Support daily sales and office operations as needed.
- Work with different teams to learn how real estate business operations are handled.

Requirements

- Any degree; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Comfortable with both office work and field visits.
- Willingness to travel to different areas of Bengaluru when required.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred for fieldwork.

Stipend and Benefits

- Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, depending on skills and suitability.
- Additional performance-based incentives on top of the stipend.
- Practical experience in presales, CRM, client coordination, property onboarding, and field operations.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
