Responsibilities:
- US client calling and lead generation
- IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Interview coordination and follow-ups
- Client and candidate communication
- Maintaining recruitment records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good English communication
- Recruitment / US calling / sales experience preferred
- Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply
- Comfortable working in US night shift
