- Operate CNC machines such as CNC turning, milling, and machining centers as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, job specifications, and work instructions.
- Set up machines by loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, offsets, and machining parameters as per approved procedures.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Ensure components meet specified dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks as required.
- Identify and report machining defects, tool wear, machine abnormalities, and production issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, and machine operation logs.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, finished components, and tools.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
