Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Premium Blended Process (Voice & Chat Support)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) pass or above
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Communication: Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Comfortable handling customer queries through voice and chat
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving and query-resolution skills
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Assist customers through voice and chat support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain service quality.
- Follow customer service procedures and ensure a positive customer experience.
