We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter / HR Executive Freshers to join our growing team and support recruitment and HR operations.

Job Summary

As an HR Recruiter / HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, communication, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining candidate information.

This is a Work From Home opportunity open to candidates across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and basic screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Support the HR team with recruitment activities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Track applications and interview progress.
- Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates.

Required Skills





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- BBA / MBA HR / B.Com / B.Sc / BA / BCA / B.Tech graduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with recruitment internship experience are also welcome.

Experience

0–1 Year / Freshers
