- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database servers across production, testing, and development environments.
- Monitor database performance and optimise queries, indexes, and configurations.
- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures, including regular restoration testing.
- Configure and maintain high availability and replication solutions.
- Manage database access, user permissions, and security controls.
- Troubleshoot database incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Plan and execute database migrations, patching, and version upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Monitor storage utilisation, database growth, and capacity requirements.
- Work with developers to review database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries.
- Automate routine administration,



monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain documentation covering database configurations, procedures, and recovery plans.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support for critical incidents and planned maintenance when required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
