Pings Café Orient is looking for a skilled and passionate CDP to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations, preparing and cooking food as per standard recipes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, controlling wastage, ensuring proper mise en place, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The CDP will also guide and supervise DCDP and Commis team members and coordinate with the senior kitchen team during service. Candidates with experience in Asian, Chinese, Thai, or Seafood cuisine and robust leadership and organizational skills will be preferred.
